The Bankers' Compliance Group® Newsletter is published monthly by Aldrich & Bonnefin, P.L.C., as a service to members of the Bankers' Compliance Group®. Information contained in the BCG Newsletter include: monthly meeting dates, handouts, special seminar information, speaking engagements, employment issues, regulatory developments, recent litigation information, commercial lending, questions and answers, and much, much more.

Managing Newsletter Editor:
- Janet M. Bonnefin, Esq. - Ms. Bonnefin is a principal of Aldrich & Bonnefin, P.L.C., the law firm that serves as counsel to the Bankers' Compliance Group©. Ms. Bonnefin specializes in consumer and mortgage lending, fair lending, CRA and HMDA. Ms. Bonnefin manages BCG retainer and seminar services, including the BCG newsletter, chapter meetings and monthly seminars for members of the Bankers' Compliance Group©. Ms. Bonnefin has been with the firm since its inception in 1985 and has continuously represented BCG since that time.
Contributing Writers:
- Jill C. Kovar, Esq. - Ms. Kovar was welcomed to the firm in May 2002, as an Associate Attorney in the Consumer Practice Group, with a background in bank operations, regulatory compliance and consumer lending. Prior to joining Aldrich & Bonnefin, Ms. Kovar was employed as both a Law Clerk and a Compliance Consultant with the California Credit Union League from 1998-2002. In addition, she earned certification as a Credit Union Compliance Expert through the Credit Union National Association's professional development program. Ms. Kovar is a member of the State Bar of California and the Orange County Bar Association.
- Angelina G. Robertson, Esq. - Ms. Robertson joined the firm in June 2004 as an Associate Attorney in the Consumer Practice Group. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles and was admitted to the California State Bar in 2003. Ms. Robertson received her bachelor's degree from California State University at Fullerton where she majored in Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance and a Minor in Spanish.

Ms. Robertson has over 12 years experience in real estate and consumer lending, working with mortgage companies and banks in all aspects of lending, including government, conventional and CRA loans.
- Nathan W. Heyde - Mr. Heyde joined the Operations Practice Group of Aldrich & Bonnefin in October 2005 as a Law Clerk. Mr. Heyde attended Sonoma State University, graduating in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice Administration and a Minor in Sociology. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Whittier College School of Law School, Cum Laude, in 2005.
- Claudia Noel, Paralegal, CRCM - Ms. Noel has been a paralegal with Aldrich & Bonnefin, P.L.C. since 1991 and is currently Vice President of the Bankers' Compliance Group, Inc. In that capacity she consults on Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and related regulatory compliance matters, including assessment area delineation, CRA data collection, reporting and analysis as well as CRA and HMDA training and auditing. She also assists clients in drafting policies and procedures manuals. With over 17 years of experience in community banking, Ms. Noel contributes her extensive knowledge in both consumer lending and operations matters.
