Special Training Seminars are optional in nature. That is, if a Bankers' Compliance Group® member chooses to send participants, then the member is billed on a per-person basis. If the BCG member does not send participants, then the member incurs no charge at all. Non-members pay a higher per-person fee to attend.

to a seminar on Home Equity Lines of Credit.
Home equity lines of credit are compliance intensive. From special
disclosures at the application stage and extra required disclosures in the
account agreements, through tough restrictions on changing terms and
freezing or terminating the accounts, offering home equity lines requires a
detailed knowledge of the applicable rules. This seminar will highlight some
of the issues unique to home equity lines, including periodic statement
disclosures (a current hot topic with the regulators), the early application
disclosures, and the restrictions on changing terms and freezing or
terminating the lines. We will also touch on the right of rescission. Plenty of
examples and time for questions will be included.
