Definitely. BCG members enjoy a five-concurrent user subscription to Compliance Companion®, at no additional cost. 5 As a BCG member, how many employees can a financial institution send to the BCG Monthly Seminars?
Currently BCG Members attend BCG Monthly Seminars by viewing what we refer to as “Recording Playbacks” of a Monthly Seminar. That is, we record the seminar presentation and then hold 4-5 “Playbacks” of the video during the month. Each Playback includes several live Q&A sessions. Through its BCG membership, a Member may register up to 20 employees for these Seminar Recording Playbacks. (Note, however, that it is up to each Member as to how many employees it allows to view each Playback.) We also plan to hold in-person Monthly Seminars once a quarter during 2023 for which there will be a per-person registration fee. These in-person Seminars will be held in 2-3 California locations. The 20-employee registration limit does not apply to these in-person Seminars.

6 How many free compliance questions are included in BCG membership?
BCG Membership includes a total of three free compliance questions each month that are of a routine nature (generally limited to 24 minutes or less), which can be submitted by telephone or email. Note that only a BCG Member’s “Authorized Agents” (as designated by the Member) are allowed to make these inquiries.
